PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept payment via PayPal as well as all major credit cards through Stripe, which is a simple + secure method of online payment. 


CUSTOMS + IMPORT TAXES

We do not cover the cost of customs, duties, or taxes because they are out of our control and vary from country to country. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and due upon receipt of your package. We are not responsible for delays due to customs.


REfundS + EXCHANGES

Please note that all sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless you were shipped a completely wrong item. We do, however, offer exchanges for any un-worn, undamaged items you are not 100% satisfied with. Exchanges must be requested within seven (7) business days of receipt of your package and return postage for all exchanges are paid by the customer. Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you via email once all items have been approved for an exchange. 


ORDER PROCESSING

All of our products are sourced and made to order, then shipped out by a small team in Dakar, Senegal and will be processed within 5-7 days from the date of purchase. Once processed, you will receive an email with your tracking number notifying you that your package has shipped. Estimated delivery can then be expected within 10-15 days, though it can take up to a month in extreme cases.
