How are the goods on MSP produced? Who are your vendors?
We source and produce all of our products ethically through fair trade principles and seek to empower our partners and their communities through economic growth. To learn more about who our current artisans are, you can get to know some of them here.
What is Fair Trade?
Fair trade is a social movement whose stated goal is to help producers in developing countries achieve better trading conditions and to promote sustainable farming. Fair Trade products can be either foods or crafts that are produced under standards designed to end and prevent the poverty, sweatshop labor conditions, environmental degradation, etc. that puts profits above people and the planet.
Are custom orders available?
Yes! If you'd like to order one of our products in a specific size or color but don't see it available on our site, please submit a form here or contact us at email@example.com. We work directly with our artisans and are able to order a special color or custom size for you, but please allow an additional 4-6 weeks for delivery. Custom orders must also be paid for in advance and all sales are final since they are specially made to order for you. Once your custom order has been placed, it cannot be canceled.
Do you offer wholesale?
Definitely! We offer wholesale discounts on some of our artisanal products. Please submit a request form here or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org detailing which items might be a good fit for your shop.
Will my item look exactly like the image posted online?
Our handcrafted artisanal products are beloved market finds and carefully made from natural materials and dyes. Because of this, slight variations should be expected in size, weight, and color so no two items will ever be identical - making each item uniquely yours and yours alone.
Do you ship internationally?

I was sent the wrong item - HELP!

You sold out of an item I really want. Will it be restocked and how can I get notified?
Sorry about that - we are likely working to get it restocked at this moment! Please join the product's waitlist or subscribe to our newsletter for all updates and restock notifications.
Can I make modifications to my order once it's been placed or processed?
Unfortunately it is not possible to modify any details of your order after it has been placed. The shipping and payment methods, the number of products and the delivery address cannot be changed. We can, however, cancel an order at any point before it ships out, where you will then be able to place a new order for the correct item.
